Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead
Location: BOSTON, MA (HYBRID)
POSITION OVERVIEW
The ServiceNow Tech Lead will direct the end-to-end support and implementation efforts for ITOM and HRSD modules. This role is pivotal in converting complex business requirements into scalable, secure platform architecture and data models. The leader will establish best practices across CMDB, Service Catalog, and custom workflows to drive enterprise efficiency.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow support and implementations for ITOM and HRSD modules.
Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions and architecture.
Define and maintain platform architecture, data models, and integration designs across modules.
Drive CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflow design best practices.
Configure and customize ServiceNow using Flows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Widgets, and IntegrationHub.
Design and manage integrations with external systems utilizing REST, SOAP, MID Server, and OAuth.
