Safety Coordinator

Green Bay Packaging seeks a Safety Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will develop, implement, and oversee safety programs, audits, and training to protect employees and ensure OSHA compliance. You will conduct inspections, lead incident investigations, maintain safety records, and coordinate emergency response plans. Partnering with leaders and frontline teams, you will promote our people-first culture of safety, integrity, and environmental stewardship while supporting continuous improvement and long-term operational excellence.
