This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while preparing high-quality food and beverage items in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives on guest interaction, maintains a positive attitude, and takes pride in delivering a welcoming and efficient experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare all food and beverage items according to established recipes and presentation standardsDeliver excellent customer service through accurate and efficient transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies and proceduresConsistently prepare quality coffee and specialty beverages in accordance with brand standardsFollow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesComplete all pre-shift, during-shift, and post-shift side work as assignedMultitask effectively and anticipate guest needs by maintaining awareness of the environmentReceive deliveries, unload and organize stock, and restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies throughout the shiftMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area at all timesPresent a friendly, professional, and attentive demeanor to guests and team membersEnsure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and creativelyAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and internal controlsMaintain regular and punctual attendanceAssist team members as needed to ensure smooth operations and high service standardsBalance and reconcile the cash drawer (house bank) at the end of each shiftWhat are we looking for?Passion for coffee and the cafe environmentBarista experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced service settingBasic math and cash handling skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand for extended periods of time and to lift and carry at least 25 lbsFlexibility to work weekends and holidaysCompensation:$16.00-$16.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
