Key Responsibilities

• Support membrane manufacturing for continuous 24/7 production
• Promote safety and quality culture through active participation and compliance
• Verify material and equipment integrity and take corrective actions with approval
• Perform in-process testing and interpret results per work instructions
• Support managers and supervisors in a multi-shift environment
• Comply with regulatory guidelines including FDA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, and DOT
• Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing areas and equipment
• Assist maintenance group with operations and upkeep of facilities
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing staff and other departments

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High School Diploma
• GED
• HSED
• Forklift certification
