Excellent pay and benefits within a healthy and growing family-owned and operated company.Production Based Reward Compensation Plan based on assigned rates of:Certified Volvo Techs at $43/hr; Master Tech at $46/hr; Expert Tech at $48/hr.If you can produce with quality and you're not over $100,000 per year, we need to talk.4% Annual IncreaseCompany contributes $100 monthly to 401(k) account with no contribution required from you.Excellent medical benefits at platinum level with your choice of either Kaiser or Sutter Health + Dental + Vision9 holidays per year + PTO [Personal Time Off]We invest in our team with training, support, tools. If you're currently with another brand, we are willing to accommodate based on your current brand experience/training level. Maximum 2 points on driving record.Employment offer based on successful passing of drug screen for schedule 2 narcotics and background test.
