Description: Registered dietitian needed for a 13-week assignment. Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00. No weekends required. First-time travelers accepted. Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience. Preference for candidates with pediatric experience. No on-call or weekend work is required. Candidate must reside at least 50 miles from the facility. Pending licenses are accepted, but preference given to those with licenses in hand. Time off will be approved on an individual basis. All time off requests must be included in the initial submission. Guaranteed hours are 72 hours every 2 weeks. The facility is an acute care magnet facility with a diverse patient population. Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred. Candidates should be familiar with enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition. Candidate should be willing to work during 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. References covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years are required prior to starting. The job includes floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities. The facility will provide necessary communication devices for the assignment. Candidates should explore local housing options as they may be limited. Modules are non-billable and must be completed prior to starting. Time spent on modules is self-reported and recorded in transcripts.
