Inventory Analyst

Job Description The Inventory Analyst at Arvato is responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers. Provide the customer with the requested information. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal personnel. Ensure that special requirements are executed as requested. YOUR TASKS Responsible for maintaining cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems. Handle special projects and day-to-day activities related to client requests, and carry on daily communication with the Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement of Inventory Control disciplines and deliver guidance regarding inventory issues, prepare and provide the following on a daily and weekly basis: reporting and documentation relevant to inventory and productivity. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory integrity, resolving variances, coordinating inventory transactions across systems, monitoring inbound and outbound components, and completing audit documentation. Qualifications: Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. SAP or other WMS experience. 2+ Years in a warehouse environment - prior experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) preferred. Proficiency in Excel required. Inventory control documentation, which includes creating new procedures as well as reviewing approved procedures. Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment. Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents, and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information assets as per the company’s incident reporting process.
