Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production process of various cosmetic products (creams, lotions, makeup, etc.).
• Measure and mix ingredients according to production formulas and standards.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with safety and quality control standards.
• Package and label finished products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Assist in inventory control and stocking of raw materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any production issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, especially in cosmetics or related industries.
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with working in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible and dependable with the ability to adhere to a changing schedule.
