We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures, adhering to established standards.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and minibar items to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms in accordance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required by management.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good condition and stored properly after use.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality standards.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads throughout shifts.
