Key Qualifications:

• Current Kentucky SLP licensure required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital tools

• Strong assessment, intervention planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, either virtually or in person, based on assignment needs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress and document outcomes per district and legal requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student growth and meet IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
• Provide resources and guidance to families and school staff regarding communication strategies
• Adapt services to meet the needs of diverse learners within the school environment
