Licensed Mental Health Therapist
CTSAtherapy
We believe the future of mental health care must be different. More relational. More integrative. More collaborative. More human. At CTSA, we are building more than a therapy practice. We are creating a multidisciplinary community of clinicians, leaders, educators, and innovators committed to helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, and the stressors of modern life through clinically excellent, deeply compassionate care. We believe exceptional therapy happens when clinicians are supported, inspired, challenged, and connected to meaningful work. We believe clinicians deserve more than burnout, isolation, and endless productivity pressure. We believe people do their best work when they are part of a healthy team culture rooted in integrity, accountability, creativity, and purpose. That is the culture we are fiercely committed to protecting and continuing to build. As CTSA continues to grow, we are seeking passionate clinicians who want to deepen their craft, find their niche, contribute to a mission-driven organization, and help shape the future of trauma and anxiety treatment in our community. We are currently hiring therapists across our Bel Air, Nottingham/Perry Hall, and Hunt Valley/Cockeysville locations, with in-person and hybrid opportunities available. Who We Are CTSA is an integrative mental health and wellness organization specializing in trauma, anxiety, stress-related conditions, and whole-person healing. Who Thrives at CTSA The clinicians who thrive here are people who: Care deeply about providing exceptional care Value growth, mentorship, and lifelong learning Want to collaborate rather than work in isolation Appreciate accountability and professionalism Are emotionally mature, grounded, and team-oriented Desire meaningful work and long-term career development Want to contribute ideas, innovate, and create Believe healing should address the whole person — mind, body, relationships, and nervous system Our clinicians are not “clock in, clock out” therapists. They are professionals who care about their clients, their teammates, their community, and the impact they are making. They are people who want to build something meaningful alongside other passionate professionals. What Makes CTSA Different We Invest in Our People We are committed to helping clinicians grow into confident, specialized, impactful professionals. We provide: Ongoing mentorship and support Case consultation and collaboration Clinical training opportunities Leadership and Supervisor development Opportunities for advanced specialization Creative freedom to develop groups, workshops, retreats, and programming aligned with your passions and expertise We are building a culture where clinicians can grow not only as therapists — but as leaders, educators, and innovators. We Protect Our Culture We care deeply about maintaining a healthy, supportive, drama-free workplace culture. We value: Respect Emotional maturity Accountability Communication Integrity Teamwork Humor and humanity We work hard, support each other fully, celebrate wins together, and genuinely enjoy being part of each other’s lives. We are looking for people who want to contribute positively to that environment. We Believe Excellence Matters We hold high standards because our clients deserve exceptional care. That means: Strong clinical work Timely documentation Reliability Ethical professionalism Collaboration with teammates and referral sources A willingness to continue learning and growing We do not expect perfection. We do expect ownership, effort, humility, and commitment to growth. The Opportunity We are seeking counselors, social workers, psychologists, and marriage and family therapists who are passionate about trauma and anxiety treatment and interested in building a long-term professional home within a collaborative team environment. Clinicians with the following experience or interests are especially encouraged to apply: Trauma-focused treatment EMDR, IFS, somatic therapies, or other integrative modalities OCD and anxiety treatment Children and adolescents Disordered eating Substance misuse and recovery Mind-body approaches to healing Group work, retreats, workshops, or psychoeducation What We Offer Benefits & Support Competitive compensation W-2 employee position Flexible scheduling Steady referrals and caseload support Full administrative support for scheduling, billing, and coordination In-person and hybrid opportunities Paid time off 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees Employer-supported training and certification opportunities Board-approved supervision and consultation opportunities Beautiful furnished office spaces A highly collaborative, mission-driven team environment A Final Word We know there are many places clinicians can work. CTSA is not for everyone. And we are okay with that. We are building a team of thoughtful, growth-oriented professionals who want to do meaningful work, contribute to something bigger than themselves, and help shape a new model of integrative mental health care. If you are looking for a place where you can deepen your craft, feel supported as a human being, and build a meaningful career alongside exceptional teammates… We would love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr CTSAtherapy
