Medical Assistant

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for a healthcare clinic in Irving, TX . This is an on-site opportunity with a standard Monday through Friday schedule. Pay: $22.00 to $ 24.34/hour Type: 3-Month Contract, possibility of an extension Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: Irving, TX Primary Responsibilities: Organize and maintain the clinical environment. Room patients and provide clinical support to physicians and nursing staff. Assist with patient care procedures under the supervision of a medical provider. Identify patient needs and communicate information to providers and the clinical team. Obtain and document patient information as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Deliver quality customer service and support a positive patient experience. Follow infection control, privacy, confidentiality, and clinic policies and procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Current nationally recognized Medical Assistant Certification required, or ability to obtain certification within 180 days of employment. Current BLS certification required at hire or within 30 days of hire. At least one year of Medical Assistant experience preferred. Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred. Additional Details: Grey or Navy scrubs required. No travel required. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs. with assistance. Why Work for Adecco?
