Respiratory Care Practitioner - RRT

Join a vital healthcare team as a Respiratory Therapist, providing evaluation and care for patients requiring respiratory therapy services. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnoses. Administering prescribed respiratory therapies and advanced modalities in accordance with physician orders, policies, and guidelines. Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed, and evaluating outcomes. Educating patients and families about health conditions and available support resources. Maintaining and calibrating equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with sterilization procedures. Responding to medical emergencies and rapid response situations with safety in mind. Performing additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations. Qualifications And Skills Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent experience. Current licensure and certifications as required by state, including BLS, RRT, and state-specific licensing. Physical ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, and equipment maintenance. Strong communication skills and attention to safety protocols.
