Responsibilities: • • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care. • Leverage our industry-leading technology and marketing tools to effectively promote properties and attract potential buyers. • Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends, providing clients with accurate and up-to-date information. • Guide clients through the buying or selling process, offering expert advice and support at every step. • Collaborate with our team to generate and follow up on high-quality leads, maximizing your sales potential. • Participate in daily training and professional development sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. • Utilize our proven systems and coaching to develop personalized business plans that align with your career goals and aspirations. Qualifications: • • Experience in real estate sales, with a proven ability to close deals and exceed targets. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. • Proven track record of leveraging technology and marketing tools to effectively promote properties. • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and the ability to provide accurate insights to clients. • Ability to guide clients through the buying or selling process with expert advice and support. • Experience in collaborating with a team to generate and follow up on high-quality leads. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through daily training sessions and coaching programs. Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission

$80,000-$150,000 per year
