About the Role:

As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Following dietary regulations and restrictions
• Collaborating with our culinary team to plan and implement special menu items and events
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
• Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and usage
• Participate in meal quality control and taste-testing
• Assist with food preparation and serving for special events and functions
