Server Assistant

Responsibilities Assist servers in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction Set up and clean tables before and after each guest Refill water glasses and beverages as needed Clear dishes and utensils from tables promptly Assist with food preparation and plating as necessary Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Provide support during banquets and special events Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, servers, and kitchen staff Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Customer service‑oriented mindset to ensure a positive dining experience for guests Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors Basic culinary knowledge is a plus Benefits We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our hospitality industry.
