For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $49.00 to $54.00/hr. w2ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives, potentially leading multiple efforts concurrently.Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced, reviewed, and approved according to established schedules.Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.Identify, track, and mitigate risks, and communicate impacts, decisions, and status to senior leadership.Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate complex topics into actionable plans.Mentor and provide feedback to team members to support a highly functioning team in a matrixed environment.Experience Requirements5 to 8 years of related project or program management experience, preferably within healthcare, health plan, or insurance environments.Experience working with executive stakeholders, including vice presidents and above, under tight timelines in a consultative capacity.Knowledge of FEP mandates and experience with government-related projects.Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with many moving parts and cross-functional teams.Clear, concise communication to senior leadership on scope, timelines, risks, and decisions.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree or advanced degree. In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of related experience.Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
