Academic Advisor

St. Ambrose Academy is looking for a part-time Academic Advisor who can be on-site three full days per week. The Academic Advisor guides students and families through academic planning and post-secondary discernment, ensuring students pursue courses and opportunities aligned with graduation requirements, diploma goals, and vocation-oriented outcomes. The Academic Advisor registers students for courses, coordinates standardized tests, maintains student academic records, and organizes graduation ceremonies. Could be combined with other roles to make a full-time position for the right candidate. Work Environment: St. Ambrose Academy is a 6-12 grade private Catholic classical academy located in Madison, Wisconsin with a rapidly growing student body and a vibrant Catholic community. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic, willing to make an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium, whose life of faith serves as an example to our students and families.
