What You'll Do As an Immigration Case Manager, you will work closely with attorneys and fellow team members to ensure every client's case is handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional care. Your responsibilities include: Open, organize, and manage immigration case files in the firm's case management system. Collect, review, and organize client documentation. Communicate with clients regarding case requirements, missing documents, and status updates. Monitor filing deadlines and help ensure timely submission of applications, petitions, and supporting documents. Prepare immigration forms and supporting packages under attorney supervision. Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and third parties as necessary. Maintain detailed case notes and ensure all information is accurately documented. Assist attorneys in preparing cases for USCIS, EOIR, and other immigration proceedings. Schedule client appointments and provide reminders. Help ensure every case meets the firm's quality, compliance, and service standards. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding client service. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Immigration Case Manager or in a similar legal support role. Fluent in both English and Spanish (Spanish required). Working knowledge of nonimmigrant visa processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Exceptional attention to detail. Professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment. Comfortable learning new technology and legal software. Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for helping clients and working collaboratively with a team.
