Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our hospital facility in Hopewell, which offers a vibrant and collaborative atmosphere. The typical schedule for this full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists by implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, utilize modalities, and facilitate functional training under the guidance of a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Carefully monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and promptly report any concerns regarding changes in conditions to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and provide guidance to encourage compliance in achieving rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and cohesive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records following clinic standards and protocols to uphold high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in New Jersey is required.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is essential.

Preferred Experience
