Our agency has a long-standing legacy, first opening in 1992 and expanding to a multi-office operation in 2017. With 17 team members today, we've built a strong, experienced, and close-knit team. My journey with State Farm began in 1986 as a team member, which gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to grow a successful agency from the ground up. We offer 401(k), health benefits, PTO, and flexibility when needed, along with three to four weeks of vacation and sick time. Our office culture is fun, energetic, and built on long-term relationships — many of our team members have been with us for years. We believe in working hard and playing hard. Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Goldsworthy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
