How will you fit in the big picture? Bring financial insight to the decisions that shape Hershey's future. In this role, you will support SG&A planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis while partnering across the business. Your critical thinking and clear communication will help turn complex financial information into practical, measurable actions.

What will you do?

• Build and maintain financial models that evaluate scenarios, trends, costs, and business performance.
• Support SG&A planning, forecasting, and recurring reporting with accurate, decision-ready analysis.
• Analyze financial statements and performance results to identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers.
• Use business intelligence and reporting tools to organize data and present clear insights.
• Communicate recommendations effectively to cross-functional partners and help translate analysis into action.

Minimum Education & Requirements Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes. Strong oral and written communication skills across multiple audiences and formats. Working knowledge of financial modeling and financial statements. Proficiency with business intelligence or reporting tools for data access, analysis, and presentation.
