About the Role:

As an LPN at Fayette Nursing and Rehab Center, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring resident health and reporting any changes or concerns, collaborating with Registered Nurses (RNs) and care teams to ensure comprehensive care, and maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of resident care. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns

• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and care teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Maryland for at least 1 year

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
