FP&A Analyst - Real Estate Portfolio & Forecasting

Brookfield Properties in New York is seeking an Analyst on the Regional FP&A team to support North America office portfolio. You will help prepare budgets, forecast cash flows, and deliver financial analyses to guide planning and decision-making. The role requires a finance/Economics degree, 0–2 years of experience, and strong Excel skills. Familiarity with Argus and Yardi is a plus; AI productivity tools are encouraged.
