Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechWe are looking for a Maintenance Tech to perform all duties as directed that concerns electricity, plumbing, painting (including furniture repair); mechanics (including equipment and mechanical system); heating, cooling, and water system; except those services performed under service contract with outside contractors.Job PositionPerforms a variety of skilled and unskilled jobs about building and grounds. Performs duties as assigned by Supervisor. Is willing to perform simple and manual tasks. Shows some initiative and judgment involved in aiding wherever required.
