An established independent compounding pharmacy in the Arcadia/Phoenix area is seeking a motivated pharmacist to manage daily operations with a clear pathway to future ownership. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist with a strong leadership background and an entrepreneurial mindset to lead and grow a thriving pharmacy business.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Job Type: Contract, 3-month contract to hire
Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and supervise staff, including one compounding technician and one retail technician
• Oversee compounding processes, workflow optimization, inventory control, and regulatory compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and prescribers
• Drive business growth and improve overall operational performance
• Potential to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge

Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in independent compounding pharmacy preferred
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine interest in future pharmacy ownership
