Job Description

• Perform extensive patient evaluations, including physical assessments and detailed medical history reviews
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions through analyzing imaging studies and lab reports
• Collaborate with surgeons to formulate and implement customized surgical plans for patients
• Provide hands-on intraoperative assistance, such as setting up ORs, ensuring correct patient positioning, and passing instruments during surgeries
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, including administering medications, managing wounds, facilitating discharge planning, and providing patient education

Education

• Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Clinical rotation experience with an emphasis on surgery is highly preferred

Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
