Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient - 8 Hrs

Position Overview Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) who is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of Colorado to work in the outpatient specialty area. This is a contract, 8‑hour position. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into its performance. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient settings. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
