Transactional Real Estate Attorney

Overview The role involves transactional real estate work, advising homebuilders, master-planned community developers, multifamily and mixed-use developers, commercial property owners, and other sophisticated real estate clients on national matters. Key responsibilities require substantial experience in contract negotiation and drafting, title and survey review, contract administration, and closing matters. This is a non-partnership track position, available for full-time or part-time (hourly) employment, with performance-based advancement opportunities. Posting details Real Estate Attorney with at least four (4) years of transactional real estate experience representing homebuilders, master-planned community developers, multifamily and mixed-use developers, commercial property owners, and other sophisticated real estate clients, to join a team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff working on national client matters. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in contract negotiation and drafting, title and survey review, contract administration, and closing matters. Further, the candidate should enjoy working in a team environment, and have strong organization and communication skills. This is a non-partnership track position that may be full-time or part-time (hourly), with the opportunity for advancement based on performance. The position may be based in any of the Firm's Florida, Atlanta, or Charlotte offices; however, Orlando or Tampa is preferred.
