Join NRG’s team of Energy Pros and help customers lower their energy costs. Responsibilities Engage with customers about NRG electricity and gas services. Work within your local retailer to promote services and help customers reduce energy costs. Discover consumer desires, overcome objections, and offer appropriate solutions. Build professional relationships with customers and team members. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and celebrate successes. Maintain a clean, organized, presentable kiosk/station and accurately record all sales. Submit all required paperwork completely and on time. Ensure no door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing is performed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Knowledge of relevant products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Maintain customer confidentiality.
