Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person. Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged. Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
