L2 Brands is a multi-brand decorated apparel company headquartered in Hanover, PA, with an additional office in Blue Bell, PA. Our portfolio includes League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute, serving the golf, resort, corporate, collegiate, promotional, and e-commerce markets.

Position Overview

The Field Brand Ambassador grows L2 Brands' business by educating the promotional products industry about the Legacy, League, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute brands through networking and in-person and virtual presentations with top accounts. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this role uses L2's internal database and CRM to service and prospect accounts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. The position drives brand recognition through trade shows, customer visits, and an expanding social media presence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Growth

• Generate new sales by identifying and pursuing new prospective customers using various prospecting techniques.
• Manage, maintain, reactivate, and grow the customer base, investing appropriate time in pre-call and pre-email planning to engage customers with a clear objective.
• Persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening, and negotiation skills, proper terminology, and approved messaging and promotional aids.
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers, cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Daily Activity & Pipeline Management

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals and manage daily key performance indicators, including a minimum of 20 outbound calls and 25 proactive emails per day, plus account visits (up to 3 days on the road per week with 4 meetings per day).
• Deliver Teams presentations to customers, averaging 4 per week.
• Target and maintain all customers and deals using HubSpot, L2's CRM system, recording the full communication flow and strategy and reporting all relevant information into the CRM on a timely basis.
• Review and approve access to the l2wholesale.com website when the VP of Business Development is out of the office.

Brand & Customer Experience

• Demonstrate superior product knowledge across all categories and maintain thorough knowledge of L2 Brands' products and programs.
• Create and maintain a positive impression with customers; listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.
• Adhere to and communicate brand standards, and create social media content to drive brand awareness when appropriate.
• Attend trade shows and travel to key customers as needed, not to exceed approximately 50% domestic travel.

Other Duties

• Serve as an ambassador for the company, both internally and externally, to help build confidence, pride, and value in the company.
• Take initiative and contribute beyond the core job description, identifying what needs to be done and helping drive solutions when problems arise.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

• Remote, computer and phone based work requiring extended periods of screen use and the ability to communicate clearly by phone and video.
• Ability to occasionally travel by car and air, and to lift and carry up to 15 pounds (for trade show materials and equipment).

Hours of Work

Full-time. Longer hours, evenings, and weekend work may be necessary as business needs require.

Travel

Approximately up to 50% domestic travel for trade shows, customer visits, and multi-site meetings.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude
• Travel up to 50%, scheduling flights, hotels, and rental vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the promotional products industry
• CRM/HubSpot experience
• Custom decoration industry experience
