Day-to-Day Responsibilities The Week-to-week Workload Covers a Lot Of Ground Supporting the leasing team through coaching, training, and operational accountability Tracking make-ready schedules and occupancy reports to keep turns on schedule Monitoring renewals and helping execute pricing recommendations based on market surveys and occupancy goals Executing sales and marketing strategies to bring in qualified prospects and retain current residents Keeping lease files, resident records, and administrative reporting accurate and current Maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations Assisting with evictions when delinquency reaches that point Weekend availability is required, which is standard at stabilized multifamily properties.
