Title and Summary
• Effectively manage risks and interdependencies between projects by developing comprehensive plans, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Maintain program documentation and develop relationships by creating detailed project documentation and collaborating with stakeholders to gain support and ensure the success of initiatives.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge in the payments environment to support compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, while staying updated on the latest developments to enhance offerings.
• Leverage technology capabilities within Mastercard, to support innovative solutions for business and regulatory challenges, understanding the full spectrum of resources available.
• Collaborate with business managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals, regularly communicating to understand needs and support broader objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and promote IT alignment with business, continuously assessing processes and systems, and implementing changes to drive efficiency and innovation. About you • Strong understanding of product development methodologies, principles, theories, and concepts.
• Organized with expert facilitation skills in fluid environments influenced by local market conditions and evolving regulations.
• Project management experience in high-focus, risk technology projects.
• Thrive in fast-paced settings. High-energy, can-do attitude, strong ownership, and desire to succeed with analytical, technical, and strategic skills. Experience in technology and regulatory compliance within the payments industry. Ability to translate technical information into business terms and vice versa.
• Effectively collaborate in a geographically distributed team and organization.

Lead, Product Management (Technical Regulatory Compliance)
Overview
Technology Regulatory Execution team plays a pivotal role in supporting Mastercard’s products and technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms remain reliable, secure, and aligned with Mastercard’s technology standards. Operating at the intersection of innovation, compliance, and operational excellence, the team helps address an evolving regulatory environment while advancing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and program controls over operations and modernization efforts that improve resilience, scalability, and performance. The Role As a Lead, Product Management (Technical Regulatory Compliance) in Indonesia, your role will involves being technology consultant and strategic partner to the business, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering innovation. You will partner with business teams to offer leadership and guidance to manage technology regulatory needs, managing projects and collaborating with global teams to solve business regulatory challenges while ensuring alignment with business goals. • Establish key milestones and goals, developing clear project plans with measurable outcomes, regularly reviewing progress, overseeing project timelines, creating detailed schedules, updating them based on progress, and communicating changes to keep the team aligned.• Effectively manage risks and interdependencies between projects by developing comprehensive plans, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
