You will shape how cloud-native platforms are designed, modernized, and operated—driving scalability, resiliency, and automation while enabling engineering teams and analytics users to deliver high-impact outcomes. This includes advancing reusable GenAI platform capabilities that support experimentation, observability, governance, and production readiness, as well as enabling intelligent, AI-assisted platform experiences such as conversational analytics and developer productivity accelerators.In this role, you will influence enterprise-wide platform transformation by establishing engineering patterns, improving operational maturity, and integrating cloud automation and infrastructure as code to enhance efficiency and consistency. You will collaborate closely with security, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure platforms meet regulatory expectations while supporting innovation. Success in this role is defined by your ability to lead cross-functional teams, translate complex technical capabilities into business value, and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready AI and data platforms in a highly regulated environment.What you haveRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field10+ years of experience in cloud, platform, data, analytics, or AI engineering roles5+ years of experience leading engineering teams or enterprise platform capabilitiesProven experience designing and leading large-scale enterprise cloud platforms with a focus on scalability, resiliency, and high availabilityDemonstrated experience delivering technology solutions in complex, highly regulated environmentsStrong expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native engineering practicesExperience with cloud technologies such as BigQuery, Kubernetes (GKE), Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, IAM, and observability toolingStrong understanding of platform engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), service lifecycle management, and operational excellenceExperience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD enablement, automation frameworks, and reusable deployment patternsExperience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or AI/ML platforms, including solutions used by engineering and analytics teamsFamiliarity with generative AI concepts, LLM-enabled workflows, or AI-assisted engineering capabilitiesProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across technology and business organizationsStrong communication skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomesPreferred QualificationsExperience with GenAI enablement platforms, model lifecycle management, or reusable AI frameworksExperience with Vertex AI, Dataiku, MLOps practices, or enterprise AI orchestration patternsExperience enabling AI-assisted analytics or conversational data experiencesExperience within financial services or other highly regulated industriesExperience leading enterprise cloud modernization or platform transformation initiativesIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-122711Posted Date: 2 months ago(6/8/2026 12:01 PM)Category: Engineering & Software DevelopmentSalary Range: USD $190,000.00 - $220,000.00 / YearApplication deadline: 8/13/2026Position Type: Full time
