Job Title: HEDIS Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 14 months Job Description:
- Strong experience analysing year over year HEDIS measure changes by separating spec, value set, code, and data availability impacts-not just rate differences.
- Deep understanding of HEDIS related data (medical, pharmacy, provider, medical records) and ability to research gaps, propose data additions, assess impact, and estimate effort.
- Proven ability to explain measure changes and root causes to business and leadership, including quantifying drivers and recommending actionable improvements.
- Hands on contributor involved in creating or influencing specs and data logic, capable of ad hoc vendor file research, documentation, and proposing enhancements (not just running canned reports).
- Strong Hands-on SQL writing experience. eTeam Inc.
