A successful candidate will bring design and technical expertise to a team of established consultants with a proven track record of over 41 years in the Oil & Gas Industry.Typical Tasks include:Working with multi-disciplined engineering and design teamsField walk down of the facilityMentoring junior-level designers and providing guidanceIn depth experience in Electrical 2D and 3D designExperience in Oil and Gas for cable tray, lighting, power & controls, underground grounding, hazardous area class, PLC development, and instrumentation design plans and detailsAdvanced level of experience in design development and drawing preparationBasic understanding of engineering calculationsQualifications:Position requires an Associate’s Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design, or equivalent4-15 Years Experience in 3D design and/or draftingMust be proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and AccessExposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Projectwise and SharePoint a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be a self-starter capable of handling solo projects as well as working with a group, eager to learn and expand your skillset, and be detail orientedA Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is requiredMust possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions. Target salary range: $28/hr to $50/hr.
