Press Oper ator | $17/hr. | 1st Shift – Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm   What Matters Most

Pay: $17/hr.

Schedule : 1st Shift – Monday - Friday 7am – 3pm

Location : Middlefield, OH | Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential

As a Press Operator, you will load raw materials into the press and remove finished parts when cured. Visually inspect finished parts, troubleshoot minor issues and work with the team.

• Load raw material into the press
• Remove finished parts
• Visually inspect finished parts
• Follow safety and company policies

• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Experience with calipers is a plus
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary range for this position is $17hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
