DSP Direct Support Professional - Overnight 28 hrs.

Direct Support Professional / Overnight Residential Counselor Regular Salary: $20.49 per hour Mon–Fri and $21.49 per hour (shifts beginning 11 PM Friday to 11 PM Sunday). Non‑work time will be paid at the base rate. Hours: 28 hours per week (Monday 11 PM–9 AM, Thursday 11 PM–9 AM, Friday 11 PM–7 AM). Responsibilities Provide direct care to ensure the personal health, safety, and welfare of residents in the group home. Assist and/or supervise residents in personal care tasks such as bathing and toileting, and in life skills including cleaning, cooking, and other daily living activities. Administer and/or assist with medication administration. Communicate effectively with supervisors, co‑workers, and residents. Drive residents to and from day programs and other community activities using agency vehicles. Complete daily documentation of services provided. Coordinate and participate in community‑based activities.
