Base Pay Range $155,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Additional Compensation Annual Bonus Remote Role We are working with a private equity‑backed manufacturing & energy solutions company to hire a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & FP&A to work alongside their C‑suite. The company The company is growing and looking for someone who can weigh in on financial and overall business strategy, be a key member of the deal team for M&A transactions, own financial modelling, and automate FP&A practices. This role is highly visible across the organization and with private equity stakeholders. More about the role Responsibilities Right hand to CFO & Director, providing data‑driven insights to investors and telling story Collaborate with operations, commercial, and functional leaders Prepare executive‑level reporting packages and presentations for the Board, private equity sponsors, and lenders. Translate financial performance into clear narratives. Interact with PE owners on a daily basis. Qualifications and Experience 4–10 years of progressive Finance & sell‑side transaction experience, ideally with a start in Investment Banking or Private Equity Worked at or with PE portfolio companies Advanced financial modelling and analysis Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, Board members, and investors Manufacturing/Energy/Engineering/Infrastructure industry experience preferred but not required Completely remote!
