Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations, employing standardized tools and methodologies to craft tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique mental health needs.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate with case managers and psychiatrists, discussing client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on collaborative input.

  • Offer crisis intervention services, demonstrating compassion and expertise to clients in acute distress, while providing immediate support and developing safety plans.

  • Lead community outreach efforts and educational workshops aimed at promoting mental health awareness, aiming to destigmatize mental health issues and advocate for our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy services cater to a diverse array of clients, including individuals coping with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and severe mental health challenges. We prioritize culturally competent care, recognizing and addressing the unique backgrounds of our clientele to enhance therapeutic relationships and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

  • Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Certified Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, employing active listening and empathy to facilitate strong therapeutic alliances.

  • Awareness and sensitivity towards cultural differences, ensuring responsiveness to the diverse needs of our client base.

  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.

  • Experience working in community mental health settings or with underserved populations.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and facilitate client care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
