Contract Recruiter

We are partnering with a rapidly growing aerospace and engineering organization that is seeking multiple Contract Technical Recruiters to support aggressive hiring initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams. This is a fast‑paced, high‑visibility recruiting role ideal for someone who thrives in high‑growth environments and can successfully manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously. The company is looking for recruiters who are proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and capable of identifying and engaging top technical talent. Pay 36 to 42 hourly. Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations positions Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels Manage multiple high‑volume requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed Coordinate interviews and drive candidates through the hiring process efficiently Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process Utilize Greenhouse ATS for pipeline management, tracking, and reporting Help ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage Required Qualifications Prior technical recruiting experience required Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, hardware, aerospace, or operational hiring strongly preferred Ability to manage high‑volume recruiting in a fast‑paced environment Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Agency recruiting and/or startup recruiting experience highly preferred Experience using Greenhouse ATS preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work onsite in Rockville, MD Additional Information Contract opportunity Bully onsite in Rockville, MD Immediate interviews and quick hiring process Opportunity to support a highly innovative aerospace organization experiencing significant growth The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
