Independently generate precise, reliable, and reproducible data to ensure timely project delivery. Document all experimental procedures and findings in strict compliance with GxP, GMP, and GLP regulatory requirements. Utilize chromatography data systems (such as Empower, Openlab, or Chromeleon) to analyze data and develop protocols. Present experimental findings and technical data clearly to larger audiences and cross-functional teams. qualifications: Required: BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline with 5+ years of lab experience, OR a Master's degree with 2+ years of lab experience. Hands-on proficiency with analytical instrumentation, specifically HPLC, GC, and chromatography data systems. Strong documentation skills and a solid understanding of working within a GMP/GLP regulated environment. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to present technical findings to groups. Preferred: Core experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
