Job Type Full-time Clearance Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Schedule Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday Role Overview In this role, you will perform general logistics functions including receiving, issuing, packaging, preservation, packing, and marking (PPP&M), and inventory management. You will execute daily warehousing tasks such as material handling equipment (MHE) operations, Navy ERP data entry, inventory counts, and material movement. Under supervision, you will perform COSIS, PPP&M, shipping, and receipt tasks while ensuring compliance with Navy ERP movement types (101–552) and maintaining Key Supporting Documentation (KSD). General Skillset Experience with Microsoft Office Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively and individually Critical Thinking Skills Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed Specific Skillset Knowledge of Navy ERP and standard logistics processes Experience with receiving, issuing, and shipping operations Familiarity with PPP&M and COSIS procedures Skilled in conducting inventory counts and managing material movement Understanding of Navy ERP movement types (101–552) and KSD maintenance Ability to operate MHE safely (license required) Adherence to OSHA safety standards Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred) MHE License (required) OSHA 10 Certification (required) Experience Requirements 2–4 years of logistics experience Build Your Career With Us Linchpin Solutions’ professional services organization is committed to delivering qualified candidates that meet or exceed clients’ technical and management expectations.
