We are a local moving company located in Fairfax, VA, and we are hiring movers to add to our team. We are extremely busy and could use some solid, hardworking movers.

PAY :
-*Starts at $16 per hour + tips + incentives
-Must be W-2 employee. We do not hire 10-99 independent contractors
(Note: our movers generally take home $20-32/hour with tips & incentives)

PAY PERIODS:
-We pay our employees weekly. Pay periods begin on Saturday, end the following Friday, and payday is the following Tuesday. Bonuses and incentive pay are added to each paycheck.

EXPERIENCE NECESSARY?
-Experience is preferred but not required

Extra Pay:
From tips, to review bonuses, to the good mover program, employees can earn an additional $4 per hour more than their base pay, plus tips. Employees can earn up to $2 per hour for jobs where they receive a 5-star review, and employees can earn up to $2 per hour more with the good mover program, and the criteria for that isn’t even hard to reach!

As much fun as being a mover is, we understand that everyone might not want to be a mover their entire life. The good news is, we promote our best movers to staff members. Whether it’s a salesperson, dispatch manager, or someone to travel for 6 months and open a new Monumental Movers location, we ALWAYS look at our movers for the positions. We prefer to have someone who already knows how we operate instead of bringing someone in from the outside. In a small, fast-growing company, the opportunities for individual growth are endless.
