Radiology Technician

Overview CT Tech (Radiology) – Travel assignment in Kansas City, KS. Start date 08/16/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay between $2,448 and $2,458. Shift: 3x12 Nights (1830–0700). Work setting: hospital radiology department. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,448–$2,458 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12‑hour nights, 3 days per week Start date: 08/16/2026 Location: Kansas City, KS Orientation and credentialing: new employee orientation Mon‑Tues; credentialing window with a 72‑hour completion expectation for CBC, DS, and lab work Responsibilities Perform CT imaging for adult and pediatric patients following established protocols and safety guidelines Operate CT scanners (including GE Revolution 256 or Siemens Flash 128‑slice when available), adjust technique, and ensure high‑quality images Position patients, establish IV access as needed, monitor for adverse reactions to contrast, and manage contrast administration per protocol Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to ensure accurate interpretation and timely communication of results Maintain patient privacy, document procedures accurately, and adhere to infection control and safety standards Support unit operations during trauma workflows and adapt to unit needs; no on‑call requirements Requirements ARRT CT certification (active) with KS Board of Healing Arts license or eligibility to apply for licensure upon offer BLS certification Recent Level 1 trauma center experience Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts and travel for a travel assignment Credentialing expectations: CBC, DS, and lab work completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance Orientation: new employee orientation scheduled on Mon‑Tues Benefits and Support Fast credentialing and credentialing support 24/7 recruiter and travel supportDedicated support throughout the assignment Nationwide assignments and potential extension opportunities Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
