Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated ER RN to provide exceptional emergency care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in ER and ICU settings, with the ability to adapt to floating assignments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients presenting with diverse medical issues.
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and respond quickly to changing clinical situations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement treatment plans and ensure patient safety.
• Manage multiple patients efficiently during busy shifts while adhering to hospital protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and active state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency department and ICU environments preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Ability to float between ER and ICU units as required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
