Pharmacy Customer Care Specialist

Walgreens in Rockford, IL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations and deliver excellent customer care. You will assist pharmacists, process prescriptions, and help customers with questions while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Qualified candidates will have English proficiency, flexible availability including evenings/weekends, and some retail or pharmacy experience. PTCB certification is preferred.
