Position Overview

Fit Life Physical Therapy is excited to announce an immediate opening for a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic located in the beautiful seaside community of Edgewater, Florida . This full-time position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while contributing significantly to patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, needs, and goals.
• Utilize various hands-on therapy techniques and personalized exercise regimens to help patients return to their daily activities.
• Develop customized treatment plans that align with each patient's rehabilitation goals and modify them based on ongoing assessments of progress.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.
• Engage in regular communication with patients and their families to educate them on their conditions and the steps being taken towards recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care is delivered.
• Stay current with rehabilitation trends and techniques by participating in education and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those managing chronic pain conditions, and patients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Possession of an active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of therapy experience is required, candidates with additional experience in home care or outpatient settings will be prioritized. Experience with specialized therapeutic modalities such as dry needling or myofascial release can be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
