Candidate Pay Rate: $49.58 - $34.71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and specimen collections with precision and care
• Float between multiple clinic locations to support patient needs
• Ensure accurate labeling and handling of laboratory specimens
• Provide excellent patient service and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
• Collaborate with lab staff to maintain efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Current California State Phlebotomy Licensure required
• Current CPR Certificate required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Valid clean and clear driver's license required
• 1-2 years of medical laboratory experience as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician preferred

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medical terminology
• Strong phlebotomy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
